This is an update on the Laguna Windrose 18. The bulkhead has been installed, The chainplates have been reinstalled and the ondeck sealant plates have been reset. The boat is now listed on Craigslist for sale in Phoenix, AZ. *I am happy to report the boat sold in one month.
